Rules
The regulations, where the organiser published any.
Rules in the navigation is the activity's regulations, written by whoever runs it.
It is there only when a document exists. Whether there are rules is whether somebody published them, not a switch beside them that could be on over nothing. Where none were published there is no entry and nothing links to the page.
Two things follow:
- The entry is shown whether or not you are enrolled. Rules are one of the few things somebody outside the activity may read, and they are what the enrolment form asks you to accept.
- Where the activity publishes rules, the enrolment form carries I have read and accept the rules, required, and clicking it opens the document over the form rather than taking you away from it.
The rules are written in the same format as a problem statement, and are published per language where the organiser wrote more than one. You get the one matching your interface language, falling back to what was written first.
If you reach the page from an old bookmark and the rules have since been withdrawn, it says This activity publishes no rules.
