Your account
Your profile, your password, a copy of your data, and leaving.
My account is in the menu under your name, top right. Three tabs: Profile, Password and My data.
An account that came from an identity provider carries an SSO badge beside the title and the notice This account is managed by the identity provider. Your name, login, address and password are changed there. Both the profile fields and the password tab are disabled for it. The provider owns the identity. Where the operator recorded the provider's own account page, a Manage your account at … button beside that notice is there.
Profile
First name and Last name are optional. Username is required — it is what you sign in as, and it is what other people see when you have given no name, the ranking included.
Changing your Email makes the address unconfirmed again.
Password
Your current password, then the new one twice. At least 12 characters.
There is no self-service reset anywhere in the product. A forgotten password is reissued by an administrator.
My data
Export
Download my data saves everything held about you as a file you keep.
Deleting the account
Immediate and irreversible
Your submissions and results stay, under an identifier that no longer names you.
What the screen offers depends on where your account lives.
A local account. Type DELETE in the confirmation box, give your password,
and press Delete the account. The button stays disabled until both are
right.
An account from a provider. The act is a different one and is named differently: Delete my account removes your link to the identity provider, and a dialog asks once before it happens. If that link is the only way you sign in, the account is emptied — immediately, on the same terms as above.
Your account at the provider stays. Where the provider publishes a way to delete it, the screen offers that as a second, separate link. Doing only the first leaves you still signed in at the provider and able to walk straight back in.
